Personally, as your host, I do the 21 Day Reset four times a year—and I can share from experience that it’s been a powerful way for me to reset habits and reconnect with my health. Food truly is information for every cell in your body. I’ve noticed more consistent energy, clearer skin, and a completely renewed perspective on food and fitness.

Through this process, I’ve built a workout and meal prep plan that even fits when I travel, and I’ve learned firsthand how important it is to stay hydrated consistently. Occasional mindful fasting, when done appropriately, can also help me feel more focused and balanced.

Most importantly, I’ve learned not to let culture define my lifestyle—it’s up to me to design it intentionally.

  • I just finished the 21 Day Reset and I cannot recommend this program enough. Jamie is so hands on and makes the process FUN. I’ve been curious about the lectin-free diet for some time and have been having horrible gut issues, but didn’t know where to even begin. Joining the program offered me a roadmap, a coach who was there every step of the way to answer questions and help develop a plan, and a community of people (now friends!) doing it together to share experiences, recipes and cheer eachother on. I am so grateful for this experience and plan to continue with most of the eating habits and lifestyle. I am down 6 pounds, feel less bloated, have more defined muscles, feel more energized (afternoon slump practically disappeared!) and my skin is more radiant. DO IT! Not only did I gain a greater understanding of how and what to eat, I gained power and confidence in knowing I could do it!   • I look forward to every reset I join! It’s an amazing way to check in with yourself and your lifestyle. While it’s intense at first, Jamie keeps you on point so you don’t get overwhelmed. The group supports, encourages and drives you to do better. I started my first one a few years ago for weight loss, now I do them to clean up my lifestyle, learn new things and find ways to make permanent changes.
