THE OFFICE is s a boutique group fitness studio unlike any other.

Located inside a historic Fort Lauderdale building owned by the Maitland family since the early 1990s, our studio began as an actual office for Jim and Jan Maitland. Today, that same space has been thoughtfully transformed into one of the most distinctive and intimate boutique fitness studios in America — while preserving the history and character that make it so special.

Founder Jamie Maitland opened the doors to THE OFFICE 954 in 2019 with a clear vision: to create a beautiful, highly personal fitness space where every workout is purposeful, every instructor is exceptional and every person who walks through the door feels genuinely cared for.

Jamie is a certified holistic nutritionist with an advanced certification in gut health, a certified life coach and a group fitness instructor with more than a decade of experience. Her approach to wellness extends far beyond aesthetics. It is rooted in strength, consistency, longevity and helping people feel their absolute best.

Since opening, THE OFFICE 954 has welcomed people from every level of fitness—from those stepping into a studio for the first time to dedicated fitness enthusiasts and professional athletes, including Dwyane Wade, Matthew Tkachuk and other high-profile clients who value our intimate setting, discretion and exceptional class offerings.

A visually beautiful space has always been important to Jamie, but never at the expense of substance.

That philosophy shapes everything we do. Our instructors are carefully selected not only for their knowledge and experience, but also for their ability to connect, motivate and pay attention to the individual.

With classes intentionally limited to just 12 people, THE OFFICE 954 combines the energy of group fitness with the individual attention of personal training. Our schedule includes our signature BOUNCE (trampoline) workout alongside strength, HIIT, barre, cardio and targeted sculpting classes—giving clients the variety to train consistently without falling into a routine that stops producing results.

Every class is thoughtfully designed to challenge the body, keep training engaging and ensure that the time you spend with us never feels wasted. We know our clients by name, understand their goals and create an environment where people feel comfortable being challenged.

We offer more than a workout. THE OFFICE 954 is a place you can return to day after day—where the environment feels elevated, the programming delivers and the care is personal and authentic.

In September 2025, we expanded that philosophy beyond the studio with the introduction of our micro organic wellness market. Located in our lobby, the market features a highly curated selection of products personally chosen by Jamie. Every item is gluten-free and free from seed oils, with an emphasis on organic ingredients and foods lower in plant antinutrients. It was created to make shopping for exceptional wellness products simple, so you can trust that everything on our shelves has been thoughtfully considered.
